Can I cancel my order? Yes, if it hasn’t started processing. Most orders can be canceled within 30–60 minutes of placement.
Can I change items or address? We can’t edit orders after they’re placed. If eligible, cancel and place a new order.
What if my order already shipped? You can return eligible items after delivery. Refusing a shipment may delay refunds.
How long do refunds take? 3–10 business days to your original payment method once processed.
How to cancel online
If you have an account:
Go to My Account > Orders.
Select the order you want to cancel.
If you see “Cancel items,” choose the items and submit.
You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
If you checked out as a guest:
Open your order confirmation email.
Click “View your order.”
If “Cancel items” is available, select the items and submit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t see a cancel button:
The order is already processing or has shipped.

If your order already shipped
Wait for delivery and start a return: Use our Returns Center within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Refuse delivery: If available with your carrier, refusal may return the package to us, but refunds take longer and shipping fees may not be refundable.
Partial deliveries: If part of your order shipped, you can still request cancellation of unshipped items (if eligible).
What can and can’t be canceled
Generally cancellable (before processing):
In-stock physical items
Preorders and backorders that haven’t moved to processing
Not cancellable once placed:
Personalized or custom-made items
Digital downloads, software keys, or gift cards (electronic)
Subscription renewals already billed
Marketplace items fulfilled by third-party sellers (see below)
Note: Store Pickup (BOPIS) and Same-Day Delivery orders often move to processing within minutes and may not be cancelable.Preorders and backorders
You can cancel any time before the item moves to processing.
Release dates can change. We’ll email you before processing begins.
Marketplace and third‑party sellers
Some items are sold and shipped by approved partners.
For these items, cancellation policies may differ. Use the “Contact seller” link on your order page.
If a seller can’t cancel, you can usually return the item after delivery under the seller’s return policy.
Subscriptions
Pause or cancel future renewals from My Account > Subscriptions.
If a renewal has already been billed or is processing, it may not be cancelable. You can still turn off the next renewal.
Refunds and timelines
Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method. Split payments are refunded proportionally (e.g., part credit card, part gift card).
Timing: 3–10 business days after we process the cancellation. Banks and payment providers may take additional time.
Shipping and fees: If an order hasn’t shipped, we refund product and shipping charges. If shipped, shipping fees are usually non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).
Buy Now, Pay Later: Refunds post to the BNPL provider. Future installments may be adjusted or canceled.
Gift cards and store credit: Funds return to the original gift card or credit balance.
Discounts, promos, and loyalty points
Single‑use coupons: If you cancel, the coupon may not be reissued if expired.
Threshold promos (e.g., spend $100 save $20): Partial cancellations can reduce or remove discounts if the order falls below the threshold.
Free gifts: If a cancellation drops your order below eligibility, free gifts may be removed or charged.
Points: Earned points from canceled items are reversed. Redeemed points are refunded to your account.
Address changes and edits
We can’t edit orders after placement.
If still eligible, cancel and place a new order with the correct details.
Carrier intercepts aren’t guaranteed and may incur fees; contact Support promptly for options.
International orders
Duties and taxes: Some import fees are non-refundable by us once collected. You may be able to claim refunds from your local customs authority.
Transit times vary; refusal of international shipments can cause long return timelines and additional fees.
Common reasons you can’t cancel
The order is already processing or shipped.
You’re trying to cancel a non-cancellable item (custom, digital, gift card).
The item is fulfilled by a marketplace seller with different policies.
The order was placed with Same-Day or Store Pickup.
