Apple Pay: Available in Safari on supported Apple devices when a valid card is in Wallet
Google Pay: Available in Chrome on supported devices when a valid card is in Google Pay
If the wallet button doesn’t appear, try signing in, using a supported browser, or adding a card to your wallet app

Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards: Enter your code at checkout; balances roll over
Store credit: Available in your account and auto-suggested at checkout
Split payments: You can combine a gift card/store credit with one card/wallet payment

Security & Charge Timing

Secure processing: Data is encrypted; we don’t store full card numbers
Authorizations: Card/wallet orders place a temporary hold at checkout; the final charge occurs when items ship
PayPal: Charged at checkout; adjustments are handled automatically
Fraud checks: We may perform extra verification on high‑value orders to keep accounts safe

Currencies, Taxes, and Receipts

Currency: Shown at checkout based on your region
Sales tax/VAT: Calculated from the shipping address and shown before payment
Receipts: Emailed after purchase; downloadable invoices available in Account → Orders

FAQs

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons include address mismatches, insufficient funds, or bank security checks. Verify your billing address matches your card, try another method, or contact your bank to approve the charge.

Can I split a payment across two cards?

We don’t support multiple bank cards on one order. You can combine a gift card or store credit with one card/wallet payment.

Do you accept international cards?

We accept major cards and payment methods shown at checkout for your region. Availability depends on your shipping destination and local support.

When will I see the charge?

Card and wallet payments may show an authorization at checkout; the final charge posts when your order ships. PayPal is charged at checkout.
