How to Redeem Subscription from Employer?

What you'll receive

When your employer enrolls you, we'll send an invitation email from [e-mail] with a unique redemption link. The link is valid for 30 days.

Setting up your subscription

1. Click the redemption link in your invitation email.
2. Create a personal Books & Banter account, or sign in if you already have one.
3. Confirm your delivery address (this can be your home, not your workplace).
4. Set your reading preferences so we can match you to the right books.
5. Submit. Your first book will arrive in the next monthly delivery cycle.

What your employer can and can't see

Your employer can see whether you've activated your subscription and the total number of active employees on their plan. They cannot see which books you've received, your reading preferences, your home address, or any account activity. Your reading is yours.

What happens if you leave the company

If your employer ends your subscription (for example because you've left the company), you'll keep any books already shipped, and you'll have the option to continue the subscription on a personal plan if you'd like.
