VIP Returns at a Glance

• Extended return window: 45 days from delivery for eligible items.
• One free prepaid return label per month (domestic, eligible items, one parcel).
• Priority processing: VIP returns are reviewed first.
• VIP Condition Guarantee: If a book’s condition is below the listed grade, we’ll replace it (if available) or issue a 20% credit.

Non‑VIPs have a standard 30‑day window; some categories have special rules.

Eligibility

• Your Bookworm Club membership must be active when you initiate the return.
• Items must be in the same condition received, with all components (e.g., dust jackets, inserts).
• Returns should be started via Account → Orders within the applicable window.
• Final‑sale items and certain third‑party marketplace listings are not returnable.
