Return Labels & Costs
- U.S. customers: Generate a prepaid return label in the returns portal. The label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Use your own carrier (optional): You can ship with your preferred carrier. Please share the tracking number in the portal so we can process your return promptly.
- International returns: Where available, we offer discounted return labels; otherwise, use your own carrier. Duties/taxes and original shipping are typically non‑refundable.
- Our error: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return label and provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Sign in and go to Account → Orders.
- Select the order and items, then choose a reason for return.
- Choose a label option: prepaid label (U.S.) or “I’ll ship with my own carrier.”
- Print the label (if applicable), pack items securely (include dust jackets/inserts), and drop off within 10 days.
- Track progress in your account; we’ll email you when the return is processed.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Rewards
- Refunds: Issued 3–5 business days after we process your return; bank timelines may vary. Store credit posts immediately once processed.
- Original shipping: Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: If a replacement is available, we can arrange an exchange. Outbound shipping for replacements follows standard rates unless the issue was our error.
- Rewards: Points earned on refunded items are reversed. If you used points at checkout, we’ll return them to your balance once the refund is processed.
- Condition check: Items returned in worse condition than received may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund.

- Damaged or incorrect on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll make it right with a prepaid label and a replacement or full refund.
